Dealing With A Pain In The Neck
If you are suffering from chronic neck pain, you definetly know it! An estimated 7 in 10 adults develop it at some point in their lives. The big question, of course, is what you can do about it?

To start your exercise program do simple chin tucks while sitting or standing. Simply tuck your chin in and hold it until you feel the muscles fatigue. As you get more comfortable with this movement progress to range of motion exercises and then isometric strengthening. Remember the goal is to increase the endurance of your neck muscles.

St. Patrick’s Day is the feast day which annually celebrates Saint Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. It is the national holiday in the Republic of Ireland. The St. Patrick’s Day parade in Dublin, Ireland is part of a five day festival, with over 500,000 people attending the parade. The parade in New York City was first held in 1766 when Irish soldiers marched through the city. In Chicago they dye the Chicago River green every year on March 17.
